SOOOOO Behind... January, February, and March

I have gotten so behind on this blog. So, here is a major update with highlights from the last few months. Sorry!!

We have celebrated some birthdays...

Got to see an old friend in town for a visit...

Corey and his dad took the big boys to the air show on Coronado Island.

We went to Legoland again. :)

Made a few trips to Sea World.

We have been to many playdates at the park.

I got a day out with one of my best girlfriends...doesn't get better than pedicures, dinner out, and a movie with wine sleepover! :)

We have had friends over to play, and even spend the night!

Nathan started a dance class. It is hit or miss whether he actually participates. Sometimes the promise of ice cream after is quite the motivator! :)

Luke started a tumbling class and loves it!

Big news of March was Ian's 1st birthday!! He sure is growing up. He is walking now, starting to talk a little, and is still so very friendly. He is such a great go with the flow, happy little guy! He and one of his best friends, Violet, celebrated their birthdays together. It was so cute!

We made one last trip to the Children's Museum since our pass was expiring. Ian really got into it this time.

And...trips to the beach have begun! Yay!! The boys have such a fun time and it is totally worth the clean up effort afterwards. :)

Growing Up...

Too Fast!!

Ian has been growing with leaps and bounds! In the last month, he has started solids, learned to crawl up on his knees (instead of army crawling), started pulling up to standing and beginning to cruise. This morning, for breakfast, he had eggs and bananas. Wow! (looks like no egg allergies :))

Four of us among our friends were pregnant with our 2nd or 3rd...here is picture in birth order. Notice that the oldest (Ian) has the least amount of hair...the hair amount increases with a decrease in age!

Ian's First Flight

We recently took a trip to Texas...here is my little guy on his first airplane flight! All the kids did great-3 hours direct flight here and back. It was a perfect time of day and it was pretty easy overall-phew!

Dentist appointment for both boys! It was Nate's first visit and he did great...no tears, totally cooperative! It might have helped that Luke was there and sooo excited to go to the Dentist. (not sure whose kid he is :))

Some of my amazing friends, led by Kari, threw me a welcome shower to welcome Ian into the world! It was the best...yummy food, loving friends, and fun gifts! Thank you girls!!
