Lots going on and I am going to post a few posts now so that I can catch up before we fly out to Texas tomorrow. We are so excited, but I really need to catch up on here!!
We went to Mast Park last week and Nathan has decided that he is definitely a big boy! Check him out...
We helped Daniel celebrate his 2nd birthday...Hawaiian Style!
The San Diego County Fair was a blast as usual...we had a great time riding rides, eating fun stuff (funnel cake, cotton candy, turkey leg, garlic fries, mac n cheese on a stick, Indian fry bread...mmmmm!) Luke even rode a couple rides all by himself-he sure is growing up!
Finally...the big mess up for the week! I won some tickets to the Wiggles show that I thought was on June 23rd (tuesday). We went on Tuesday to get them from the radio station and I had hyped this all day with Luke. We were going to go have dinner and then go to the show-just the two of us. WELL...I was looking at the tickets on the way home and realized the show is really JULY 23rd! Oops! Luke and I ended up having a date night because he was so disappointed. :( We had a great time anyway. Dinner out at Ruby's and then we saw "Up" in the movie theater. He thought it was really cool that it was just the two of us and it was so much fun for his first "real" movie experience. He loved it! We will be doing this again next month, except this time we will be seeing the Wiggles!
