Trip to Texas

Warning: This is picture heavy!

I have not blogged in over two months...busy summer, I guess! We went to Texas to visit all of my family in July and had a fabulous time. Here are some highlight photos: (just a few :))

We got to visit with Grandma and Grandpa while we were in Dallas-this is Luke and my Grandpa...our last visit with him. The second trip to Texas (just for me) was at the beginning of August because Grandpa passed away. He leaves quite a legacy with 32 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren. (so far!) We had a wonderful celebration of his life on August 8th.

The Wiggles!

While we were in Dallas we visted the Wiggles Play Center. It was great! We met our friends, Elizabeth and Brennan, to play and visit. Brennan is growing up-what a cutie...and his momma, Elizabeth, is looking beautiful and pregnant. I can't wait to find out what she will have-boy or girl??

Luke LOVES the Wiggles so this place was a huge success-too bad we don't have one in San Diego!

Oh...the Good Old Days!

My cousin, Beth, got married last weekend in Dallas. It was a GREAT time! Starting with a bachelorette party-oh I remember the days of bachelorette parties and the fun times I had-before kiddos! This bachelorette party was a little bit different for me-first of all Nathan was there for a portion of the evening. We did end up dropping the babies off with Daddy and Mama and I did make it out to the first bar-so fun! As you can see, my aunt (the mother of the bride) also had a great time partying with her daughter. It was great...what an awesome memory with her mother!
