Amazing Family!

You might remember my post a couple weeks ago found here where I showed a picture of my Grandma Jane meeting Ian for the first time at my cousin's wedding in Arizona. That was on a Saturday and sadly the following Wednesday she had a stroke and passed away on Friday evening just before my sister's wedding. She joined my Grandpa who passed away last August. She was an amazing woman...Mother to 9, Grandmother to 32, and Great Grandmother to 30! She was also my namesake...I feel so blessed that we were able to see her less than a week before and that she was able to meet her newest great grandchild, Ian. I have added the song "True Companion" to the blog in honor of my Grandma and Grandpa...it perfectly describes them! My brother, Chris, sang it for them at our family reunion in 2006 and again at my sister's wedding on the day Grandma passed away in honor of my grandparents and the newly married couple. We had an amazing celebration of her life and it was so nice to see much of the Jensen clan. I am so happy to be part of such a happy, loving, FUN family! :) Thanks, Grandma and Grandpa!!

Jane- your grandma was so amazing- both of your grandparents were! I feel lucky to have met her and know where you come from. What a wonderful, loving, honest, caring and hilarious family you come from- I'm honored to have met so many of them. I LOVE the picture of Kelley holding the boys- love it!
